Viewing your resilience through the lens of an “energy continuum,” you will identify which activities contribute to your energy destruction, depletion, regeneration, and renewal. Participants will uncover ways to continue to incorporate energy regenerating and renewing work into your day and ultimately contribute to your overall resilience. (60 min workshop)
