Define your organization’s desired culture. Through a series of individual exercises, team discussions, and group work, participants will determine the steps you can take as a team to build and support the culture that best fits your organization. Participants first define your desired culture individually, then as a group. From there, participants determine your norms and behaviors (what you value and commit to as a team), along with specific corresponding systems and processes.
